Flue Gas Treatment

Waste gas production in enterprises can be produced in two different ways as combustion and process. Waste gas from the combustion flues comes into play as a result of the use of solid or liquid fuel. The process flue is used for gases that occur during the production phase.

T.C. In the Regulation on the Control of Industrial Air Pollution issued by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, limit values related to flue gases have been determined. The systems that allow these limit values to be exceeded and the industrial plants to filter out the harmful waste gases to the air are the flue gas treatment systems.

The water or cleaning solution contained in the system is based on the principle of dissolving and removing the toxic substances in the gas by colliding with the waste gases at high pressure through special nozzles. Treatment efficiencies up to 99% can be achieved in flue gas treatment systems. It is used in all flue gas outlet installations.
