Appropriate Process Selection
In order to determine the characterization of the wastewater resulting from the production process, samples are taken from the appropriate points and analyzed by our specialists in our laboratory. Depending on the results of this analysis, jar tests are carried out to ensure discharge limits. If necessary, demo facility is established in the laboratory environment and refinement studies are carried out. Depending on the results of the analysis, all the chemical costs and costs required for the process can be extracted with the finest details. As a result of these studies, the most accurate process selection is made considering minimum cost, maximum efficiency.

3D Treatment Plant Project
After appropriate process selection, feasibility studies are carried out in order to establish the treatment plant at the most appropriate place. All the construction and mechanical projects of the treatment plant together with all the standard and newly designed equipment are drawn in 3 dimensions and modern projecting is carried out in all respects in order to be able to construct the plant without fault and complete depending selection and process on the site. One of the greatest advantages of projecting is that the construction and installation of the plant are completed in minimum time. In order to be able to operate the treatment plants connected to the minimum human error, the operation is done in the scenario written in SCADA or PLC control.
